RETURNS POLICY

FSH Police and Tactical Equipment will make every effort to make sure the merchandise that you receive is in new condition and operating properly.  In case of a defective item, we recommend that you first use the manufacturers warranty and not return the equipment directly to us.

In the case where there is no manufacturers warranty, contact us so we can resolve the issue.

If the item needs returned, we will supply you with specific instructions and will either refund the purchase or send out a replacement item.
